When you call something green, do you take into account the labor practices of the product's country of origin?

Not a criticism, I am just wondering. JC Penny, to me, is one of those places that seems like cheap prices via cruelly cheap labor during the production stage.

Who wants a blanket made of sustainable materials, if it was made by slaves? I don't know anything about JC Penny, so I don't mean to call them out in particular, it is just a big issue with so many big box retailers.

love the decorating. i actually just found out my jcpenney here in gainsville has a mini sephora store in it, so i'm definitely going to be shopping there a lot more! and i really want one of those bamboo blankets. they look really cozy!

I checked out the bamboo throw from JCPenny, but unfortunately it is dry clean only, which is a big impractical expense for a blanket. Is this true for all bamboo fiber fabrics?

No - we have bamboo sheets and clothing that are machine-wash, and I was just thinking this morning how much I *love* the cozy yet silky/cool sheets.

Bamboo fabrics are basically a form of rayon that is made with bamboo instead of wood. So you have the same mix of styles and care instructions.

I'm stunned that a supposedly 'eco' collection would have a dry-clean-only material, though.

DepotEco.com is having a Earth day Sale. Stop by for Earth day Specials. Use Coupon code " sbgreen " for extra discounts on Green Earth Friendly Products. Sanyo Eneloops and much more. And Happy Earth Day !

Sorry. I write because I'm afraid to say some things out loud.
I am from Singapore and too bad know English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Patients who were unlikely to accept referral for specialised alcohol treatment were willing to see primary care providers monthly.Optimizing the cost effectiveness of alcohol treatment - a rationale for extended case the cost effectiveness of treatment for alcohol problems - a first."

Thank you very much :-D. Valerie.
